The best way to maintain great skin, is to stay on top of it every day.
It starts with:
(i) Calming your minor skin concerns such as itchy, dry skin;
(ii) Maintain a deeply hydrating, daily moisturising & hydration routine.

Step 1: Cleanse
Skin Relief Bath Salts are a gentle bath soak, made using Himalayan and Dead Sea Salts, organic neem, calendula, paw paw, arnica and chamomile to:
• Cleanse your skin
• Prevent a build up of dirt, impurities on skin
• Soothe & calm skin
WHEN TO USE: When your skin looks dry, feels uncomfortable and it needs some calming, loving skincare.
Step 2: CALM
Level 1: Skin Relief is an organic, rich moisturising cream with added coconut, jojoba, avocado, neem, turmeric, vitamin e, rosehip oil and shea butter.
This certified organic cream is recommended for dry flaking skin. It helps:
• Hydrate dry, flaking skin
• Calms & soothe skin
• This cream can be used on your face, scalp, hands and body.
WHEN TO USE: Apply on dry flaking skin on face, body, scalp, or use as a daily hand cream.
Level 2: Skin Relief is a natural, toxic-free cream with added centella, tea tree oil, calendula, St John’s wort and chamomile to calm minor skin concerns, as red, itchy skin. It works to:
• Calm minor skin concerns
• This cream is best used in conjunction with My Mia's Ultimate Skin Barrier Cream
WHEN TO USE: Apply to sore skin.
The Skin Relief Level 2 does not contain added moisturisers, therefore we highly recommend using it with our Skin Repair & Barrier Cream.
Step 3: HYDRATE
My Mia's Ultimate Skin Barrier Cream is a deeply hydrating
moisturising cream containing organic coconut, sweet almond,
rosehip, sunflower oil, jojoba oil, shea butter, ceramide and
cholesterol.
The wonderful benefits of added ceramide & cholesterol ensures the skin is hydrated at a deeper level.
Replenishing & nourishing dry skin (with ceramide and cholesterol) helps hydrate & soften skin.
WHEN TO USE: Use daily as an all over face and body moisturiser, or as a hydration face mask.
